Important Policies To Know Before Your Visit

Due to our commitment to providing a safe and clean environment, we cannot accept returns of skincare products. In the case that you are unhappy with your product, our skin professionals will be happy to help you find something that does. 

Due to the contraindications and nature of the treatments we provide, it is required for all first-time clients to have a consultation with our nurse practioner before receiving any treatment (with the exception of hydrofacials). We offer convenient telehealth consultations, as well as, in-person appointments. 

We understand that your schedule can be busy which is why we offer text and email reminders leading up to your appointment. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance by replying to our automated texts or calling our spa at your soonest convenience. Appointments cancelled after the 24 hour grace period or "no-shows" are subject to a $100 cancellation fee and/or a loss of your deposit. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting other clients' appointments.  

During your visits to Just Aesthetics MD, you will receive multiple forms regarding the service you are choosing to receive. It is required to fully read and agree to the terms before you can receive a treatment.
